It helps and provides answers. Responding to each player and their requirements takes time that they themselves are not ready to invest. Only premiums can get personality a technical support. Otherwise you have more social life for a project that is free and that costs resources in time and budget.

I have restricted support to members who have a premium account (which is already rare). Since then I've been able to save time to work on the code and the website.
