Therefore, I'm suggesting the addition of rain clothes. There would be two pieces of rain clothing: a rain hat (hat slot) and a rain coat (body slot). They are a bit rarer than other clothing pieces and both provide 50% resistance to the rain (wearing them in both clothing slots would give complete protection from the rain).
