- If you have not purchased the product, do not claim support.

In computing, and particularly on the Web, a "leech" is one who benefits, usually deliberately, from the information or effort of others, but offers nothing in return, or makes only token offerings to avoid being called a leech.
How do I open a ticket?
To get personalized support, you will need to open a ticket and not send a private message. To open a support ticket, hover over your nickname in the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear and section : 🎫 Tickets Support
To help you as efficiently as possible, please provide as much information as possible about the problem you encountered, and how your bug was reproduced. Avoid the typical "Hey I have a bug" message, we're not supposed to ask you what your problem is. If we have the elements to reproduce the same bug there is a good chance that the answer will be your solution.
