1. Timetables
Monday: Very high response rate.
Tuesday to Friday: Contributors are given priority, your response time may vary.
Saturday and Sunday: There is no ticket processing so please wait until Monday.

2. Where to apply for unban?
- All you have to do is log on the site with your banned account to make your request, you will have the possibility to open a ticket and justify yourself.
- When your request is refused you will not be able to open another ticket, it is final.
- If you have several banned accounts then you will have to unban all of them to be able to join the servers.
⚠️ If you don't answer within 15 days after one of our answer, your request will be automatically refused, every beginning of the week (Monday morning) the tickets are checked and processed, from Tuesday to Friday the response time can vary, no ticket processing on Saturday and Sunday.

3. Important rules:
- Do not use the public areas to make your requests for troubleshooting you will be redirected here, if you insist you will be blocked and banned from the premises, this site is the only space allowed to make your request, no need to pollute elsewhere.
- Don't invite me on steam, log in on the site and fill in the form.
- If I take time to answer your ticket, it's because I'm working, no need to spam me on other platforms, you will be directly refused.

4. The different reasons for banishment:
- Banned for bad behaviour: You've been detrimental to the project by not reading the rules and acting like a jerk. You have had fun killing everyone indiscriminately and without fair play and this has ruined the session of others, you have been harmful, insulting, use bug, blah blah blah blah blah...
- Banned for cheating: You have cheated or own lua cheats, you have created lua errors by tampering with external software, the errors are logged and automatically detected by the anti-cheat.
- Banned for not respecting the rules of the site.
⚠️ The bans are automated.

5. Contribution:
-If the result of your case study shows that cheating has been committed, or that a lua cheat or hack has been detected by the system, if you tried to use it your debugging will ask for a coffee to prove that you are here for the project and not being a leecher (leecher are the leeches that just take advantage of the project without bringing anything), it will prove your honesty in your desire to redeem yourself.
-In case of cheat installed and you don't know it was installed in your gmod, it's the same thing, I'm not responsible for what you install (lua cheat of the workshop included), also those downloaded and installed from dubious sites whose names I won't mention.
-If you didn't do anything and were banned by mistake, you won't be asked for anything.
-If you have been banned for non-compliance with the rules, no contribution will be asked for.

6. Delay for refreshing the ban list on servers:
Servers refresh the ban list at each automated maintenance, every 6 hours. So wait a minute. Contact me if it seems unusually long.
